Leicester Wedding Cars may require from you some basic information which identifies you as an individual. This may include your name, address, email and telephone number. We will only use this information in order to enable you to take advantage of the particular chauffeur driven car hire services that we offer and to which you have requested information about.

This information you provide will be retained here at the Leicester Wedding Cars office in a secure and locked environment. If you decide to use our services, this personal information will be kept for up to 6 years to comply with HMRC rules for accountancy and taxation purposes.

If, after making an enquiry, you decide not to use our services, those details provided by you will be destroyed, either by cross shredding or incineration. Those records held for 6 years will then be destroyed by the same means.

None of the personal data you provide will be given to or sold on to any third parties and will only be used for enquiries and contracts with Leicester Wedding Cars and it’s chauffeur driven car hire & services.
